中餐:米饭+土豆+鱼头
下午茶:小巧克力面包2个+1杯白水
晚餐:2碗米饭+莴苣叶+土豆丝+西红柿炒蛋

训练项目:
拉肩 8个x3组
肱三头肌 8个x3组
推练胸肌 8个x3组
双手哑铃 10个x4组

呵呵!我最近也在健身,主要是减肥!呵呵!我现在都有150了!,练了有一个星期了!也没见有什么效果!妈的!
我刚跑了几天步就搞出个关节炎来,害的我现在只能骑自行车了!

莫非,一个星期时间太少了!天天去也不一定有效果的
那些个肌肉需要48-72小时的时间休息来恢复
我练了7-8天了也没有啥效果,最近又去了一趟新疆,隔了好多天没有练了,估计又回到以前的水平了
