健身日记-第1天

有个健身房的小伙子最近老给我打电话,叫我去健身,说是可以增壮一点,说得我有些动心了。 昨天禁不住美好身材的诱惑,跑去办了张健身房的年卡,1000多,相对还算便宜的,随后就开始了健身之旅。一开始找了个教练,先体测,脂肪率15.3%, BPM 19.9,体重只有64.5KG,然后2胳膊和大腿还不一样粗细,右边的比左边的粗1公分,教练说发展的很不均匀。
        体测完了就开始练了。刚开始是跑步机,之前都没练过,有些不习惯,走了5分钟就下来了。接着就开始上肢肌肉群的训练了:
1. 拉肩
2. 举杠铃
3. 抬杠铃
4........
 还有些项目忘记怎么说了,练了40分钟,满头大汗,手臂好酸,最后收工回家的时候感觉提个包都提不起来了,确实好累。不过食欲似乎好了点,不知道是不是心理作用,今晚接着练下肢......
